Features and Applications

Actmix TAIC-40FKM is a pre-dispersed rubber crosslinking agent, commonly used as a vulcanizing agent for special rubbers. It has strong water absorption and excellent bonding performance, and is suitable for bonding rubber with metal, fiber, glass, wood, leather and other materials. When used in fluororubber, it can significantly improve the crosslinking density of fluororubber, improve the mechanical and heat resistance properties of fluororubber, and extend the service life of fluororubber; it can reduce the viscosity of fluororubber, improve the mixing quality, and facilitate subsequent processing and forming; it can improve the processing fluidity of fluororubber, enabling fluororubber to fill the mold better, be easier to form, and improve the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of products.

Detailed introduction

Dosage: 0.5-5phr
Application: Fluororubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
